Standard Shipping: 7‑18 business days Please note these are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, bad weather, logistics peak seasons or other unexpected factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination country, order weight and package size. The exact shipping cost will be shown before you complete payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be generated. You may track your package status through the tracking tool on our website. Please allow 2‑5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We have no control over these additional costs and cannot predict their amount. Please check your local customs rules before placing an order.

Undeliverable & Return‑to‑Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us because of incorrect address, recipient refusal to accept delivery or failure to clear customs, the customer will be responsible for new reshipping fees. No automatic refund will be issued for returned‑to‑sender parcels.
