Return Eligibility
You are eligible to apply for a return within 30 days upon receipt of your order. All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Products are unused, unmodified and kept in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags and all included accessories are intact.
- Photos of damaged or defective merchandise may be required for validation.
Non‑returnable items:
- Products damaged by misuse, improper operation or daily wear‑and‑tear
- Heavily soiled, washed or assembled items
- Disposable kitchen gadgets and hygiene‑related goods for health‑safety concerns
Return Application Process
You must submit a return request via the contact form on our Contact Us page. Please do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded. Our support team will reply with return guidelines during business hours after reviewing your submission.
Shipping Cost for Returns
- For our‑side issues: wrong item, defective product, shipping damage — we cover return shipping fees.
- For customer‑initiated returns (change of mind, wrong purchase): buyer bears all return shipping costs. Initial shipping fee is non‑refundable.
Refund Procedure
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, refunds will be processed in 3‑7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Bank processing delays may extend fund arrival to 10 business days. We cannot refund to other payment accounts.
Replacements & Partial Refunds
Based on case assessment, we may provide item replacement or partial refund as an alternative to full refund.
Damaged / Missing Items on Arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing contents, please send package and product photos within 7 calendar days after delivery. We will offer appropriate solutions after verification.
